Thursday Giveaway...

This week, one lucky winner will claim this stash of gemstone beads. These beautiful turquoise-colored stone beads come courtesy of the fine folks at Auntie's Beads. The assortment of beads include:

The great thing about some of the larger focal pendant shapes is that they provide flat surfaces, ideal for surface treatments like Sherri Haab's ITS (Image Transfer Solution). These stone components can easily be embellished and personalized, making them truly unique.

Embellished or not, I love the deeply saturated colors of these beads. The blue is so intense! The vivid stone beads and pendants remind me of some of the costume jewelry my mother has from when we lived in the Southwest – special pieces that I've only seen her wear a handful of times. When we saw her wear them, we knew it was a special occasion (and to be on our best behavior). Auntie's Beads has a wide selection of stone beads at affordable prices. Make everyday special with stone beads from Auntie's Beads. Check out the full selection of gemstone beads by CLICKING HERE.

To win these gemstone beads is easy! All you have to do is leave a comment on this blog post WITH your favorite gemstone from the Auntie's Beads website. One lucky winner will be randomly selected from the comment section of this post on Monday (January 10th) at midnight EST. Anonymous comments won't score this prize, so be sure to include your name and email address if it doesn't already appear next to your comment. Don't forget to include your favorite gemstone to be eligible to win! CLICK HERE to visit their website. This giveaway is open to all participants, including international readers.

Bonus Points: How bad do you want these stone beads? If you're seriously lusting after these pretties, you can earn additional entries to win by blogging, updating your Facebook page, and/or Twittering about this Thursday Giveaway. Don't forget to add you act of social media kindness as a SEPARATE comment to this blog post for your extra shot at winning these lovelies.

Oh, I love these and anything else turquoise. My favorite gemstone is currently larimar. I think I love it as much for it's beauty as for it's story and rarity (and it's almost turquoise in color, too). Glad you're having a good time w/ Kate! Thanks, Andrew.

I adore turquoise, I have a sister in Tucson and while visiting recently I bought some stones from the Sleeping Beauty Mine and some raw from a vendor in Quartzite. I love rocks, and I plan to buy a few Azurite Malachite Flat Rectangles, 10 x 14mm, from Auntie.

Turquoise has been my favorite stone since i was very young. i bought my first bracelet when i was 15 with my birthday money. i have worn a turquoise bracelet that was given to me when i graduated from high school since 1972 to now. Auntie's Beads has beautiful gems but it's turquoise that holds my heart, now and always.

Anyway, on the Auntie Bead's website I saw they had a wonderful Sodalite section. I really like working with sodalite.

Have a great time in Tucson.

The coral! I am actually a bit surprised that I chose that, since usually blue is my favorite color. However, the dreariness of winter makes me yearn for a vivid color, like the sponge coral.

So many favorites at Aunties, but if I have to pick just one....I want one big bag of swarovski crystals :)

Andrew,
Thanks for another great opportunity to win some wonderful beads! I love turquoise the stone and turquoise the color SO much! I have recently learned that dyed magnesite is a nice, affordable substitute for "real" turguoise-what a great selection Auntie's has. Auntie's was one of the first online bead stores I purchased from and they continue to have what I need/want anytime :-)

Agates are a favorite, as are jaspers, for the colors, the variety and the earthiness. I love Auntie's Multi Color Agate Chunky Bead Strand right now!

Thanks for the opportunity!

Andrew, thanks for another great giveaway! I think to simply put these turquoise beads together with Auntie's white turquoise is a perfect match! Think summertime (especially with yet another snowstorm threatening the east coast) wearing a crisp white shirt and the blue and white turquoise necklace and bracelet set, to help finish off an easy pair of jeans for a fun night out with friends.....perfect! If I win, I'll send off a picture, I can see the design in my mind, as well as summertime!
