It was another productive day in Tucson. I scored some wonderful treasure for our upcoming workshop. I am REALLY excited about our classes and I think that the folks who take them will be quite pleased. We've been diligently scouting locations and finding treasures – lots of delicious vintage frames and shadowboxes full of potential! Over the next few days, I will be getting them ready and doing a couple up for ourselves as examples. I'm looking forward to this. Miraculously there are a few slots left in both of the workshops. To drink, I got an iced coffee mixed with horchata – two of my favorite beverages in one! To eat, I had the Pollo En Mole Negro (Chicken in Ozxacan Black Mole) platter. My mouth waters thinking of the abundant, perfectly spiced sauce drenching everything. It came with an assortment of brightly colored shredded vegetables, Mexican rice, beans with a jalapeno slice, fresh tortillas, a vibrant salsa, slices of melon and lots of love. Definitely a nice way to celebrate our victories of scoring treasure!

Andrew, it sounds like your trip so far has been fabulous! It's just the ticket after all the things you've been through recently. I'm looking forward to hearing more.
