I have such a stupid computer ... when I click the e-mail link it just opens a mail program I never use, and that I need a password for. I don't have that password. When was it entered? And who decided what it would be? I don't have a clue!
This is all the computers fault, nothing at all to do with my own lack of knowledge to sort the problem out.
