Dancing Light...

The black space below is actually a video!


I was on the train crossing over the bridge near sunset when this short video was taken. The pylons and suspensions of the bridge in combination with the motion of the train gave it a shutter-box or zoetrope effect. As I mentioned in another post, I've been thinking about the quality of light a lot lately.

That's pretty neat, did you do that with your phone? I've made some fun videos with my phone and have been a little amazed at the interesting grainy quality that is acheived. You should shoot some more!

I took it with my old camera. I hardly ever use the video function, but I like capturing the little moments that pass by without too much notice. I think there's beauty in everything. I am constantly surprised by the beauty that surrounds us and goes unseen or unappreciated.
