Meal Break...

Even when the world seems to be spinning madly on, I think it's important to stop sometimes and enjoy a home-cooked meal. It doesn't have to be anything fancy - just something you make in your kitchen for yourself and those you love. It really is food for the soul.
Left: Dinner at my house; a blend of roasted red peppers, shiitake mushrooms, caramelized onions, garlic, and duck fat over sticky rice.
