
With a morning like mine, it was inevitable that I ended up in the kitchen again. I cook away my worries. It's something I do. To start, I made a
Caprese salad with fresh tomatoes and basil from the garden doused heavily in aged balsamic vinegar. I then made some pasta with a vegetable
ragout sauce. In the sauce, I pan roasted the eggplant and zucchini for maximum flavor. I feel much better already.

I've just finished dinner not long ago and you've managed to make me hungry all over again Especially the garden fresh vegies. Yum! I do so love to see what you are cooking.
Oh I am too now hungry! I tried to grow some tomatoes here in Houston and didnt get diddly...I really miss fresh home grown maters, you have had such a bounty!
