The Charm Club...

Norma had a wonderful idea!  She suggested that I start my own Charm Club.  It's kind of like the cheese of the month club, where you get a new and different cheese every month in the mail.  Instead of cheese, you'd be getting a limited edition charm made by me in your mailbox every month.  The club would run in three month cycles and be limited to ONLY ten individuals per cycle.  (My friends at the post office see too much of me now as it is!)  The fee to be paid in advance, would be $75 and would include shipping.  That's less than $25 a charm!  Normally, the one of a kind charms I make go for much more, but since I'll be making them in small editions of ten it'll balance out economically for me.  The first charms will be ready by the middle of January.

This would make a perfect holiday gift for a dear friend, beloved partner, or even for yourself!

But wait, there's more...  if you sign up and pay before the 1st of the month, I'll include a small postcard-sized collage painting!  That's right, folks!  I used to retail these for $250- $350 each!

Hurry!  Act now!  Only limited spaces available!  EMAIL ME directly for more information.

Wow, that is a good deal! Your going to be busting your ass to finish them! Hopefully you fill all the spots! I think I want them. Maybe mine could be doll related.

Hey Lori! I hope Santa decides to get this for you! Santa would be helping to pay my ConEd bill. Ha ha ha!

Hey Cynthia! So far things are going well and there's a lot of interest that has been expressed. I've already gotten someone signed up and it's only been a couple of hours! Hurray! So, I'm hopeful that everything will work out.

Ha ha ha! The charms I make will be REALLY awesome, but they won't be as nearly as labor-intensive as the ones that you make. I really couldn't justify spending hours and hours working on one piece for less than $25.

For future Charm Clubs, I'm going to devote each cycle to a theme. This way it won't be so amorphous as to what one will be potentially getting.

I think for the first batch I might do something either inspired by Geishas or by Steampunk. The second batch I'd like to do ones inspired by Valentine's Day. The third batch, I think will be inspired by the beginning of Spring. Not sure yet.

Hi Andrew. ME TOO! I will blog about it today. If you posted this like a week ago, I would have totally been in, but I just spent all of my earnings on beads the past few days. And shoes. and a purse. and some chain. and some christmas presents. I'm tapped out. damn!
p.s.
got my ebay beads from you last night. They are super. Thank you so much!

Hey Sheila! Thanks! I sent Laura my address. She was supposed to come by the other day, but she had to wait for the movers or something.
