The Unfinished Deer Girl...

So, here's a picture of my yet to be finished Golden Hind. Her body is covered in two tones of Swarovski flatbacks, golden shadow and silk. Her antlers are made from the new coral branch Swarovski pendants and her eyes are made from deep brown Swarovski pearls. She's also got 5ss sized flatbacks in mocca and smoked topaz in her hair. On her tail and on her eyelashes are grey opal flatbacks.

As you can see, there's a few barren spots on her. I've got go back in and fill in the blank spots. I've also got to finish the box that she's supposed to top. The walls of box are made out of resin and have... surprise, surprise... crystals embedded in them.

Logistically, I was about two days worth of solid work away from finishing. I might go back in with a micro-headed glue nozzle and fill in the spaces between the other crystals with small crystals. We'll see...

Andrew

You should show this to the Austrians, they will flip out. When it's finished, you let me know and I'll get you in touch with the folks at Swarovski Austria.

This is magnificent.
