Silver Mermaid...

Here's a new piece I call, "Silver Mermaid." That may sound like a cop out title, but it's actually a line from a song that I quite enjoy called, "Sad Stephen's Song" by Duncan Sheik. I used a pewter Bob Burkett koi fish ring, a Hiroshige patterned shell from Lillypilly Designs, a clasp from my family a Green Girl Studios, a PMC mermaid pendant, and lots of pearls from Talisman Associates.

the interview was amazing Andrew!
you write brilliantly and it never ceases to amaze me how incredibly awesome you are.
When God was handing out talents and such, you must have received a double dose.
perhaps a triple dose.
hmmm... lets just make that a quadruple dose.

yea. thats it.
quadruple dose.

Hey Lorelei! Thanks for your kind words as always. I love the Bob Burkett ring. I got mine from him when I saw him at Bead & Button in Milwaukee and when I saw him again in Tucson. I think if you email Greg, he'll have some. Maybe. Perhaps Greg will post some on the Green Girl site like they used to do with some of his other pieces.

Awwwww.... shucks, Heather Wynn. You're making me blush. Coming from such a talented angel as yourself, I'm beyond flattered.
