A bulk of the work for Cynthia's book, Enchanted Adornments, (due out this November) has just been finished up and turned in. The process has been exhausting and it feels as though we've been running a long race. Of course there's still a lot of work that needs to be done on the book, but the big deadline has been reached! Sweet relief!
I find myself thinking off into the future, trying to ponder the age old question of: What's next?
In less than a week I'll be heading back to New York. Strange to think how limited my time here in the mountains is. In the beginning of March, I'm meeting up with the family in Hawaii for a bead show and for some rest and relaxation. It'll be nice to lay out in the sun and zen out a little. The ocean has been calling me.
Afterwards, there are a lot of different prospects. I am excited with all of the possibility and the potential.

...have fun in the sun, you worked hard this past couple of months!
I am sure the book will be wonderful, can't wait for its release.
Hey Andrew, who all is coming out for the Spring Hawaii Glass Art & Bead Festival? I'm glad I will get to see you there.
Will you also be in Santa Fe?
Jenny

Hey Jenna! I think your cold would improve if you went to Hawaii. I think the kids would have a blast running along the beach and playing in the surf. I know Azalea does.
Hey Rupa!
When I get back to New York, I'm going to start working on my own book. Working with Cynthia on her book really gave me an in-sight on how I want to work on my own book.
I'm excited for her book to come out as well! It's AMAZING! And I'm a TOUGH critic.
Hey Jen!
If all goes as planned, we all should be heading out to the Hawaii show. Cynthia, Greg, Azalea, and me! Hurray for sunny days!
I don't know if we'll be going out to Santa Fe. We're not scheduled to vend there and I think we've got another show the same weekend. But I'd love to go anyway. There are supposed to be some pretty amazing folks heading out to the desert. If I went, it'd be purely for pleasure and I have to see if I can squeeze it into my budget or not. Probably not, unless I find a gig to supplement my travel expenses.
Maybe we all can go out to dinner one night in Hawaii? I can't think of when next we'll all be at a show together until Bead & Button.
