Remember this photo of me, Holly Black, and her husband, Theo? It was taken last year at the Bad Faerie Ball during Faerie Con . It is now being used as a "guidebook photo" for Schmap Philadelphia! CLICK HERE to see it in action.
Whoa, that's cool! Faerie Con is just around the corner! What are we going to wear? Wings? Masks? I love getting in costume. Its all very exciting. I hear the Black's will be in attendance this year, we will have to get drinks.
I know! I'm very excited. I'm not sure what we should wear. I "dearly" loved your antlers. (Yes, cheesy pun intended.) But I was also a fan of Weasel's boa. Perhaps I could dress up like the half-Filipino version of the Raven King. Or make an owl costume?
I'm fairly certain I don't want to wear a full mask though, as it was hot and my face was sweating and I couldn't drink as easily as I would have liked.
And I hope that we do get a chance to hang out with Holly and Theo! They're really wonderful people and I had such a lovely time meeting them last year.
