The Church of Craft is hosting a DIY celebration at the Museum of Art and Design on Thursday, March 6th from 7PM to 10PM in honor of the exhibitions: "Pricked: Extreme Embroidery," and "Cheers: A MAD Collection of Goblets."The evening will feature workshops, craft beers, a DJ, and guided tours. My friend Iviva Olenick will be leading an embroidery workshop focusing on embroidery as text or a narrative.
