Cynthia made her famous slow-cooked beef with buttered egg noddles for dinner and it was DELICIOUS! When I'm away, I dream about this dish. It is the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy. For the girls, we made macaroni and cheese.
What is the deal with you guys? Do you run 20 miles a day, do jumping jacks, and whirl hula hoops when you are not making art? How do you get away with eating all this delicious food--it all is incredible looking! --and you are all so slim and freakin perfect? It is utterly unfair. You should put together a recipe book! With fanciful illustrations! Green Girl Studios recipes! You make me starve!
I wish we were that active! But alas, we are usually too busy with our artwork to run 20 miles a day. Though I do want to start getting back into running and perhaps when I come back to New York will start doing a couple miles a day.
We are hardly perfect. Though thank you for your kind words! They are much appreciated and do well to boost my ego. We're all on the slender side. I think we get it on my mom's side of the family.
Cynthia and I were working on a guide to creative living and part of it included some of our favorite recipes.
