Yummy
I wish you were my neighbor I might get some samplings then lol!
Those look delicious.
We're just starting to get blackberries from our vine too. I've already made a blackberry & mango smoothie.
What is a clafoutis?
Cenya
Clafoutis is a French dessert, where traditionally cherries are placed in a buttered dish and then a light, eggy batter is poured over top and baked. It's served warm and dusted with powdered sugar. I guess with blackberries it's technically a "flaugnarde", but that's if you're really being technical.
Those do look like sweet inspiration, Andrew!
Enjoy the day!

oh yum! owr blackberries are just now blooming, no berries till mid August here, love them, and all the home made goodies made from them, there is nothing like hot home made bread with fresh home made blackberry jam, brings back all kinds of childhood memories.....I never minded a few scratches while picking the berries cause I knew my mom would be making something so yummy out of them.....
My blueberries are starting to ripen...and I can't wait!!!
wow,I want to have a taste
I am craving for it. Everything that is fresh and juicy is my favorite food to take. It makes my day complete!
