So it's less than a handful of days left until the Tucson fun begins. These past couple of weeks, I've probably slept only a handful of hours. I am exhausted. I hope that I finish all the projects that I've set up for myself. Otherwise I'll think of my time as pretty wasted. All the hours spent on half-finished projects could have been spent sleeping or resting up for the big shows. (This post is being made from my office on my break... just goes to show how cramped for time I am.)
By the way, I'll be either at the Best Bead Show or at the To Bead True Blue show with my family's company, Green Girl Studios. I believe that we'll be in the same spots as last year, in the atrium at the To Bead True Blue show and against the wall on the far right-hand side at the Best Bead Show. This year, I think Tony and Lisa Blackwell of Zoa Art will be our neighbors at the Best Bead Show, which is really exciting. Bob Burkett will also be floating around with goods on our table. I'm really excited.
Okay, now back to work!

I wish I could go to Tuscon. That would be so awesome. But you and Cynthia and Greg are like celebrities to me... it would be all crazy, I would hang all over your table and not leave all day...you'd get all ticked and probably have to call security on me. LoL I'm kidding!
Do you think GGS would let me trade a pewter pendant for a different pendant? I haven't found many that I didn't like, but I bought the POD, and just can't really use it.

Hey Lorelei!
We love it when customers come by to visit. I think it's especially nice when they bring in things that they've made using our beads! That's my favorite. If a show is slow, sometimes we invite our favorite customers to come behind the table for tea and cookies and we make projects together. Cynthia always brings her jewelry kit and there are usually times here and there when someone famous is doing a demo and everyone evacuates the show-floor. A perfect opportunity to catch up with loyal friends of the company.
Uhmmmm... for exchanges, you'll have to email their address directly, as I don't do the order filling anymore. Greg, or who ever gets it, will most likely exchange the piece after everyone gets back from the Tucson fun.
Sometimes I think that those are the best pieces to work with. They're the ones that force us to stretch our imaginations and really challenge our design sensibilities. I particularly like the ones that present opportunities to grow.
