My friend! It was an absolute joy to spend time with you in Tucson. If brief...sigh. It looks like you had an amazing time! YAY!
I love owls too...once I had an owl claw, but my sister's dog stole it from my medicine table. Bad doggy. I wasn't supposed to have it anyway, only Native Americans are supposed to have items from birds of prey.
It was wonderful seeing you and spending a little time with you. You were quite the center of attention!
That's a shame about the owl claw. I imagine that a dog would do something like that. Naughty pup! I once saw a chicken foot on the sidewalk in my neighborhood... that's the closest to a detached animal claw I've come into contact in recent years.
I saw the photos on your blog! Everyone looks just smashing!
Thanks Jean! I'm really glad that I could share them. I think Tucson is such a magical event. It's really weird to think of a "work thing" as a magical thing, but it really is. It's a wonderful opportunity to see friends and family and indulge in all the many delights of the beading world.
