Thanks for posting this - I read the message from Wikio too late in the day to do anything about it. What an interesting line-up (although I still can't figure out why I'm in it, given how intermittent my blog updates have been this spring...). Congrats on being No. 2!

I saw this on Margot's blog last night and almost peed my pants seeing my blog on this list at all! I am happy mid way down the list at 11. But I agree with every blog listed, cuz we totally ROCK! Congrats!!

Sweet! I'm familiar with the first twelve, but was surprised that some of my other faves were not listed.

I assume this is the function of the Beaded Links posts, to push up the general Google juice of the blogs that participate. It seems to be working well, although like Melissa, I have to wonder exactly what the rankings really mean, when for example her blog is listed over Beading Daily's, which gets almost 100,000 hits a day.

I suppose what it means is Yay! Andrew!
I will drink a toast of Peet's Coffee to that.

I think Wikio rankings are based on how often your blog is picked up by other blogs/internet sites and linked. Each individual blog that links into yours counts only once each month no matter how many times they link you. Number of hits isn't the frame of reference, or I'm quite sure I'd be far further down in rankings! It's just another way to measure your influence on the interwebs, and that's kinda cool. Congrats!

Cheers,
Madge
