News from the Show...

We were so busy yesterday that it was hard to leave the booth. It's always frustrating, because you know that there are millions of treasures and many of the folks who make them under the same roof. It's just hard to get away from the booth long enough to explore.

Our friends Leah and Derek Fairbanks have a daughter around the same age as Azalea and they were playing independantly all day behind the curtain. The outside world didn't seem to exist for them. I snuck a photo of them playing pregnant mamas. It was so cute. They then took turns pretending to birth the balloons and being doctors. I had to explain to more than one customer what the moaning was that was coming from behind the curtain!

Above are the new pewter beads from Green Girl Studios. There's a botanical link, a kangaroo, and a honey bee. The "made with love" hand was revamped and remade for pewter and the double-sided owl and raven tube have finally gone into production. So, there's lots of new goodies to pick up!

Great new beads! And those little girls are just too sweet. Birthing ballons is something I'm going to chuckle about all day.

I wish you would come to Vegas and do a bead show! It would be cool to see all the beads and the family in person. Plus, I could do some real damage with my credit card!

Those little ones are too cute! (And for the record, I didn't hear any moaning from behind your curtain!)
It was so awesome to actually meet you in person at the show. I think it was funny that I was standing next to you and you recognized me from my picture! I wanted to stay and talk to you all day. I love all the things that I got from your booth and you were very sweet to me. I hope that the rest of the show goes well for you (but your booth was always mobbed so I have no doubt that it will!). Enjoy the day! Erin
