What's In A Name...

In the past few weeks, I've received several emails asking what the name of the new Store will be. We wanted to keep the name a secret, only sharing it with close friends and family members, until we were ready. The name is actually something we've toyed around with in various incarnations for the past few years. But it wasn't until now that it took on new life and meaning. So, what's in a name....? An allegory means "a story, poem, or picture that can be interpreted to reveal a hidden meaning; a symbol." We wanted to create a space where people could embrace the role of storyteller and share their dreams, discover new ones, and invent their own – finding more than just pretty, shiny things... but also to uncover the meaning behind them.
