It's usually a Thai thing. I'm not cer...Hey Lynn! It's usually a Thai thing. I'm not certain how they make it, but I just go about making rice as usual, but add shaved coconut to the rice and water. Even though I know it's bad, sometimes I add a spoon or two of raw organic coconut oil.
