I made this as a gift for a friend of mine for her birthday. It's a vintage locket all the way from Australia with a textured vintage key riveted to the front. It's a way to keep pictures of the kids safe. The locket is hung on a long necklace with rubies, gold-filled wire and gold-plated chain.

Safely Kept...

Beautiful piece! I love the idea of using a key to represent the idea of safety.
