Last night we had a lovely dinner. I made a slow roasted pork shoulder (torturing Kate all day as it slowly roasted away in the oven), fluffy mashed sweet potatoes, a spicy fruit chutney, and crustini with bruschetta. Kate whipped up some garlicky bok choy. It was a feast for the senses! Bright, colorful foods full of aromatic flavor.
